Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Desk IT Ticketing System ("Service"), provided by Ligonix Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a cloud-based IT service management platform designed to help organizations manage support tickets, hardware assets, and knowledge base documentation. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at our sole discretion with prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your organization's account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit any malicious code, malware, or illicit content.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to premium features of the Service requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via our partners (e.g., Paystack). Subscription fees are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are non-refundable except as explicitly required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Ligonix Technologies and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ligonix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or revenue loss.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
